For those banks that subscribe to the Online Custom Plan, you may upload your bank’s policies and procedures into this new course. Premium & Cloud Delivery Plan subscribers also have this capability through their LMS customization. Did You Know?
As a result of enhancements to the ICBA website, two new administrator functions have been added.
Online administrators can now easily update a user's job function or remove users. You no longer have to contact Community Banker University to make these changes. See page 13 of the Administrator’s Guide to learn how.
New employee account setup is streamlined! When administrators create a new user account, the user will now create his or her own password during the setup process. See page 12 of the Administrator's Guide to learn about the new process.

Due to the new HMDA rules effective Jan. 1, 2018, the following courses have been updated to reflect the new rules:
- Compliance Primer
- Compliance Issues for Commercial Lenders
- Fair Lending Practices
- Fair Lending (FHA, CRA, Reg B, HMDA)
- Regulation B: Equal Credit Opportunity Act
- The Community Reinvestment Act course will be updated to reflect the public file changes that were finalized to match the new HMDA disclosure requirements.
- The Regulation E & Regulation Z courses will be updated to reflect the new Prepaid Card rules effective April 1.
- New Bank Security courses are currently under development. We anticipate they will be added to the course catalog in late spring.
