Content Submission Criteria
- A brief description of the submission, 2-3 sentences, that describes the educational value (not sales oriented) and a link to the content on their website.
- Member Access submissions should follow similar guidelines.

Royalty Reporting Template
Each PSP must submit a Royalty Report to ICBA by the deadline established within your contract. Your report may be submitted in Excel format (.xls or .xlsx) and must contain the following fields:

Bank name
-
Address
-
Product purchased
-
Contract Start and End Date for each bank customer

Member discount (in dollars)
-
Remittance to ICBA (in dollars);
-
FDIC Number
If you are unable to provide the FDIC, please include instead the RFSID or email address to help us to uniquely identify the bank. Submit your completed Royalty Reports to Adam Mahone.
