Add ICBA as a Safe Emailer

If you aren't receiving ICBA emails, your organization's email system may be blocking us. Please contact your IT administrator and add ICBA as a safe email sender with the following info:

  • Sender IP addresses:
  • Sender Domains:

Adding ICBA as a safe sender does not affect your organization’s email security or deactivate your SPAM filter. We value your membership with ICBA and want to make sure you receive the resources you need from us.

Email Auditing

ICBA periodically checks to make sure that email addresses on file are still active. ICBA's emailing platform reviews the last time an ICBA email was opened, clicked, or if the email was used to complete an online form. This review process helps ensure ICBA emails are still being received and prevent ICBA's emails from being flagged as spam.
