ICBA periodically checks to make sure that email addresses on file are still active. ICBA's emailing platform reviews the last time an ICBA email was opened, clicked, or if the email was used to complete an online form. This review process helps ensure ICBA emails are still being received and prevent ICBA's emails from being flagged as spam.
