The ICBA Teller Specialist Certificate Program equips today’s bank teller with the knowledge and tools needed to meet the demanding requirements of the frontline banking environment.
The Teller Specialist Certificate Program is available for bank wide use (unlimited number of employees) or on an purchased on an individual level.
This Certificate Program is an online, self-paced program which provides a certificate of completion and does not require continuing education. It is not the same as ICBA’s certification programs, which are instructor led and require continuing education in order to maintain the specific designation.
This certificate program consists of four critical learning areas, each designed to maximize the learner’s ability to perform the teller function.
