  • Ensure top-quality educational opportunities are available to ICBA members through appropriate training events as well as print and electronic/digital platforms in the most cost-effective manner.
  • Market education events, products, and resources effectively to maximize attendance and produce a profit for the Association.
  • Utilize each training event, resource, and product to its fullest extent to recruit nonmember banks and to assist in member bank retention.
  • Maintain contact with ICBA leadership to assist in determining the on-going educational needs of community bankers.
  • Remain flexible in scheduling in order to meet current and evolving needs in the community banking industry.
