Credit Card Routing: ICBA is encouraging community bankers to urge their members of Congress to oppose a bill that would impose credit card routing restrictions as its supporters continue working to attach it to other legislation.
1071 Rule Resolution: Following last month’s Senate passage of a resolution to block the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Section 1071 rule, community bankers can use ICBA’s Be Heard grassroots action center to urge passage in the House.
SAFER Banking: Meanwhile, community bankers can continue using Be Heard to urge their members of Congress to support cannabis-banking legislation following the Senate Banking Committee’s passage of the SAFER Banking Act in September.
