Comment Letter on Banks’ Statutory Obligations under Section 1033

ICBA sent a letter to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Director Russell Vought regarding banks’ statutory obligation to provide consumers access to data pursuant to Section 1033 of the Dodd-Frank Act.
