First and foremost, the team at ICBA Bancard® hopes that you are safe and weathering these uncertain times as best possible. As leaders of our businesses and communities, we are being asked to make complex decisions to protect our employees while also ensuring that we maintain a high level of support for our clients.
ICBA Bancard takes its role in supporting your bank very seriously, so I wanted to share some of the things we are doing to protect our employees and clients.
Last Friday, ICBA Bancard instituted a remote work policy and has also suspended all business travel. We will continue to monitor the situation and when it is safe to do so, will resume normal operations. Rest assured, we are available via phone and email should you need to contact us.
Our relationship managers will be reaching out to those of you we had in-person appointments with to make alternative arrangements to conduct those meetings. We are fortunate to live in a tech-savvy world where virtual work and meetings are possible.
Furthermore, we have reached out to our vendors to ensure they have appropriate plans in place to minimize disruptions. Thus far, they have instituted plans like ours and we are not aware of any service disruptions. Should you experience any issues, please contact us right away so that we can address the matter.
At ICBA Bancard, we have a “family first” mentality. Many of our employees have children at home now due to state-mandated school and daycare closings. While we are trying to maintain a business-as-usual service, you may hear kids laughing or dogs barking in the background during a call with us. Clearly, these are unprecedented times, and we ask in advance for your understanding and patience as we navigate the current reality together with all of you.
Please know that we will be thinking about you. We take comfort in the fact that we have great community bank customers who will roll up their sleeves and do what they do best—take care of their communities! ICBA Bancard stands ready to support you in any way that we can.
