Did you know you can assign more than one course at a time to more than one employee? This is a great time saving feature for an LMS Administrator to assign courses to staff in similar job roles.
The LMS Course Enrollment option that allows you to pick any combination of courses to assign to any combination of employees is titled “Assign Specific Employees to Specific Courses (most common)”. This feature lets you assign one or more courses to a single employee, a group of employees, or all employees.
For example, if you want all Tellers to complete the same set of courses, you can select the courses and then choose Tellers from your employee list. Similarly, you can assign a required course to all staff or use the feature to assign courses to a single new hire. The LMS Administrator Guide section for Course Enrollments covers this in complete detail.
