Washington, D.C. (Dec. 14, 2016)—The Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA) today announced it has extended its Preferred Service Provider relationship with Wolters Kluwer. The extension adds to the relationship new compliance products from the company, including CASH Suite™ and HMDA Wiz®.
“We are excited to have Wolters Kluwer extend its Preferred Service Provider relationship with ICBA,” said Dan Clancy, ICBA executive vice president of services. “Community banks face myriad regulatory changes and need strong partners like Wolters Kluwer to help them comply with the requirements. ICBA’s Preferred Service Provider program is designed to connect our members with industry-leading technology providers that work with them and provide solutions to their business challenges.”
Preferred Service Providers are selected by ICBA’s Bank Services Committee. The committee of community bankers seeks solutions that address members’ critical business needs. The newest products added to Wolters Kluwer’s Preferred Service Provider relationship help community banks grow their commercial lending portfolios and comply with the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA).
CASH Suite™, a commercial lending software solution, gives community banks the tools to grow their commercial lending portfolios through sound risk management practices. HMDA Wiz® helps lenders comply with HMDA by providing the tools needed to import, collect and edit the data required to generate and submit HMDA-required reports.
“Wolters Kluwer is proud to be extending its Preferred Service Provider relationship with ICBA,” said Steve Meirink, executive vice president at Wolters Kluwer. “We’ve helped thousands of community banks grow their business through the use of sound risk management and compliance practices, and we look forward to helping many more.”
