Washington, D.C. (July 20, 2018)—The Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA) today announced promotions for Jeremy Dalpiaz to vice president of cyber and data security policy, Humaira Mir to manager of human resources, and LeeAnn Sunderman to operational database specialist.

As vice president of cyber and data security, Dalpiaz will continue to elevate community bankers’ views and concerns among policymakers and key stakeholders to help safeguard the financial services sector and consumers against cyber-related attacks. Dalpiaz is a well-known cyber security expert and is frequently quoted on security-related topics in the news media.
Since joining ICBA three years ago, Mir has proven herself a creative problem solver and has played a significant role in enhancing ICBA’s recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. She is a trusted advisor and collaborator within the organization.
Sunderman has taken on expanded responsibilities since she joined the IT team as a member data specialist in 2013. She serves a key role in the organization’s member and corporate billing processes and manages the data integrity of ICBA’s association management system, among other duties.
