Kristine LaVigna has been with the organization since 2013 and is a Business Development Manager. She is a key player in ensuring our organization supports the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) efforts of community banks across the nation. She works collaboratively with the banks to identify opportunities for them to earn CRA credit and to understand where they might benefit from additional support or education for their CRA team.

Kristine fosters strong relationships between our organization and affiliated state bank associations. Through these connections, Kristine works to identify how we can best support the CRA needs of their member banks.

Kristine's dedication empowers community banks to fulfill their CRA obligations while strengthening the communities they serve.
