The author, Catherine Ghiglieri, is the former Texas Banking
Commissioner, who also spent 18 years at the Office of the Comptroller
of the Currency. She is President of Ghiglieri & Company, a bank
consulting firm in Pinehurst, North Carolina and a long-time member of ICBA.
