Data is abundant in banking, but finding effective ways to use it has become a significant challenge. Better data can lead to better insights, and better insights will lead to better decisions. Leveraging available data resources often presents a challenge for bank managers. This session examines data that can be collected from primary and secondary sources.
Participants will see examples of simple data collection, utilization, and ongoing management. The session will present ways to use data currently collected at four levels within the bank…company performance, transaction activity, account statistics, customer data, and relationship information.
