Sean Murphy is vice president of member relations for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). In this role, Murphy ensures that ICBA members have the information and tools they need to make the most of their membership. He also works with non-members to showcase how ICBA can help them meet their business goals.
Murphy has more than 20 years of sales experience serving financial institutions throughout the Midwest and western United States. He most recently served as a strategic account manager for FIS. Prior to that he worked in numerous sales and account management roles at several financial service providers, D+H Mortgagebot, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Bankers Systems Inc., and Deluxe Financial Services.
Murphy holds Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in finance and quantitative analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
