Ken Royal is ICBA Payments' executive vice president, chief information officer and chief technology officer. Ken supports ICBA Payments plans to launch a new entity in support of ICBA Bancard’s cardholder support services for independently managed and operated community bank card programs.
In this role he works to ensure the effective and efficient operation of related information systems and technology requirements in line with ICBA Payments business objectives and risk profile.
Ken worked at Fiserv for 10 years in several different capacities supporting the company's sales and client services departments. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and chief technology officer for HomeTrust Bank in Asheville, N.C., where he resides with his wife and three children.
