Jim Mastey is the senior vice president of event production and sponsorships for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). He oversees the planning, marketing, and overall coordination of ICBA’s annual convention, ICBA Live®.
Mastey is often on the ground, coordinating everything from the Audio-Visual requirements, logistics planning, décor, sponsorship programs and sponsorship packages and more for ICBA conventions and meetings.
He also manages team members responsible for convention booth sales, ICBA LIVE TV, and mobile app development creating a robust experience for community bankers. Before joining ICBA, Mastey served as Director of Events at Creative Memories.
Mastey has a BA in Communications from Saint John’s University.
