Jack E. Hopkins is vice chairman of the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA), the only national organization that exclusively represents community banks.
He also serves as president and CEO of CorTrust Bank in Sioux Falls, S.D.
Hopkins serves in many leadership roles at ICBA. He is a member of the ICBA Executive Committee and board of directors and is vice chairman of the Federal Delegate Board. He serves on ICBA’s Policy Development and ThinkTECH Selection committees and is Executive Committee liaison to the Housing Finance and the Rural America & Agriculture committees.
Hopkins served as president and chairman for the Independent Community Bankers of South Dakota from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, he is trustee for Sioux Falls Catholic Schools Foundation and chair of the University of South Dakota Foundation’s Audit Committee.
Hopkins has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Dakota.
