Bailey Yeager is an assistant vice president of marketing strategy and execution for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). She builds and delivers bold, thoughtful, and measurement-driven integrated marketing campaigns that serve the organization’s mission of creating an environment where community banks flourish.

Yeager actively leads marketing campaigns and crafts engaging messaging in collaboration with the marketing and communications team. Utilizing marketing measurement tools to provide reliable analytics, Yeager further refines the organizations marketing efforts to membership and outside stakeholders. Her hands-on role is responsible for the creative development and project management of campaigns that align with the organization’s goals for member engagement and innovation initiatives.

Before joining ICBA, Yeager served as the director of member advocacy at SHRM, where she led grassroots advocacy developed and executed strategic planning in engaging members in advocacy.

Yeager has a BA in English from Roanoke College and a Master of Professional Studies from Georgetown University
