No action is required on the LMS administrators’ part as the updates to the courses are automatic and will appear as a course is enrolled and launched, including courses already enrolled in but not completed.

What’s Coming

  • In April, three new courses on each component of Unfair, Deceptive, and Abusive Acts or Practices and several new and updated courses on payments related to credit cards and debit cards

  • In May or June, six new courses on the basics of digital assets

Did You Know?

Did you know you can assign more than one course at a time to more than one employee? This is a great time-saving feature for an LMS administrator to assign courses to staff in similar job roles.

The LMS Course Enrollment option that allows you to pick any combination of courses to assign to any combination of employees is titled “Assign Specific Employees to Specific Courses (most common)”. This feature allows the flexibility to assign a course or courses to a single employee, to several employees, or all employees.

Some scenarios to consider when using this feature:

  • If you want to assign all your tellers the same set of courses, just select the courses and then the tellers from your list of employees.

  • You could also select a required course for all employees and then select all staff.

  • You can also use this feature to assign courses to one new hire while onboarding. The LMS Administrator Guide section for Course Enrollments covers this in complete detail.
