What’s Coming
-
Soon, we will be adding “Google Translate” to our courses. This new function allows you to translate the text within the courses into 240 different languages. This function has to be added to each individual course so it will take time to implement. We’ll let you know in the “What’s New” section of future newsletters when it has been added and how it works. Stay tuned for more.
-
We are working on new community reinvestment courses and payments courses, as well as a new vendor management course.
Did You Know
Did you know after successfully completing a course, learners have the option to review the test questions from their assessment. This feature provides a valuable opportunity to revisit course content, reinforce key concepts, and better understand the material.
Follow the steps below to review completed test questions:
(Please share with bank employees.)
Reviewing Answers and Completing Your Course
-
Check Your Results and Find Incorrect Answers:
-
Scroll up until you find a question that you answered incorrectly. The question will have a red X next to the answer you selected.
-
-
View Correct Answers:
-
Click the green bar that says, “Show correct answer.” The correct answer(s) will now show a green checkmark next to them.
-
-
Complete the Course Properly (IMPORTANT):
-
After reviewing the test questions, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Submit Answers and Close Course” button.
-
Do not click the Exit button or close your browser, as this will not complete the course.
-
Once submitted, the course will move from “Current Enrollments” to “Completed Courses.”
-
Note: If a learner fails the exam, they cannot see the answers to the questions that were answered incorrectly. This allows them to identify course material they need to review again before retaking the exam.
