Courses in other languages
-
As we noted in the July 2026 newsletter, we have begun adding “Google Translate” to our courses. The courses above now have this function and you will see it added to the remainder of the courses in the catalog over the coming months. This new function allows you to translate the text within the courses into 240 different languages. To change the text on the screen from English to another language, simply select the preferred language from the dropdown in the upper left of the course.
Notes: (1) Only the text on the screen changes, the audio does not. (2) Not all courses will have this option. We’re working to add it to all courses in the coming months. If you do not see it, it is not available yet.

Did You Know
Did you know that there are some courses in the course catalog that are a series of courses? You will find that most of these courses include “Series” at the end of the main course title. To see the list of courses included in the series and to view completion status, click on the hamburger/sandwich icon (3 lines) in the upper left corner. In this example you will see there are 11 modules inside the course Customer First Series. The learner has completed the first course with a passing score of 90% and has started the second course. Courses must be completed in sequential order. The Total Score at the top must be 80% to complete the entire series. To help administrators track learner progress, the Activity Report for Courses (excluding BDOT) includes a Course % Complete column that displays completion percentages for courses that are in progress.
Note: For banks that have purchased a Certificate Program, these programs function the same way.
