DALLAS, TX…TIB announced today the hiring of Matt Ayers as First Vice President for Risk Management.
Ayers joins TIB after nearly eight years with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), having served the agency in both California and Texas, in Compliance Oversight and Franchise and Asset Marketing. He also has considerable experience in investment banking and commercial loan underwriting.
Ayers earned a B.S. in Regional Development from the University of Arizona and possesses his Series 7 and 63 certifications.
