ICBA sent a letter to the OCC objecting to the application filed by Gurufin Inc. to organize Gurufin National Trust Bank. ICBA urged the OCC to deny the application or defer action until the applicant provides sufficient public disclosure to permit meaningful review, followed by an additional public comment period. ICBA also said the OCC should address and resolve legal and public-record concerns before acting on the application.
