Mary Randolph Gannon

Mary Randolph Gannon serves as Senior Vice President of Political Operations for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). In this role, she leads the strategic direction and daily operations of ICBA PAC—ICBA’s political action committee—ensuring its alignment with the association’s advocacy and policy objectives on behalf of community banks nationwide. 

Gannon brings extensive expertise in financial services advocacy, political engagement, and strategic PAC management. Prior to joining ICBA, she was senior manager of political and external affairs for the Edison Electric Institute. She also spent more than a decade on Capitol Hill in senior roles, where she developed deep policy, legislative, and political expertise across a wide range of issues. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in communications with a minor in political science from Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C.
