ICBA sent a letter to the OCC, FDIC, and Federal Reserve supporting the agencies’ proposal to recalibrate the Community Bank Leverage Ratio. ICBA said it had long advocated for a recalibration of the CBLR in line with this proposal, and urged the agencies to quickly finalize the ruling.
