ICBA sent a letter to the White House and Treasury Department regarding the recently released executive order titled "Restoring Integrity to America’s Financial System." ICBA urged the administration to ensure that any implementation of the EO is narrowly tailored, coordinated through transparent regulatory processes, and fully aligned with the pending rulemakings and their shared modernization and burden-reduction objectives for community banks.
