ICBA submitted comments to the Office of Management and Budget on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's  Terms of Credit Card Plans, Credit Card Quarterly Agreement, and College Credit Card Annual Agreement submissions.

ICBA applauded the CFPB's continued efforts to reduce unnecessary regulatory burdens on community banks and provided recommendations for the Bureau to reduce unnecessary data collection burdens.
