The Federal Reserve Bank of New York announced that Mark Lavarnway, president and CEO of Watertown Savings Bank in Watertown, N.Y., has been appointed to its Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council.
Details: The CDIAC provides insight to the New York Fed from the perspective of community depository institutions. Council members serve three-year terms.
