Lauren White is a seasoned Program Manager with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in marketing strategy, client engagement, and business development. Known for her analytical approach and collaborative leadership style, she helps organizations identify growth opportunities, optimize programs, and strengthen relationships through effective, data-driven communication.

At the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), Lauren manages the Corporate Programs portfolio, overseeing 21 strategic vendor partnerships that generate more than $3.8 million annually. She leads marketing strategy for the Preferred Service Provider program, directs due diligence and contract negotiations, and develops initiatives that have significantly increased program revenue, visibility, and partner engagement. Additionally, Lauren plays a key role in coordinating major Vendor Relations events.

Prior to her current role, Lauren supported more than 245 community banks as a Client Relations Representative with ICBA Bancard (now ICBA Payments), guiding institutions in strengthening their credit, debit, and merchant programs. Before joining ICBA, she drove substantial growth in the government contracting sector at Apex Petroleum Corporation as the Senior Business Development & Logistics Specialist. Where her business development leadership increased procurement revenue by 150% and generated more than $23 million in sales.

Lauren holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s degree from Howard University.
