Justin Dunmyer joins ICBA as Senior Vice President of Innovation & Product Strategy. He will oversee ICBA ThinkTECH Programing, including the ThinkTECH Accelerator program, product strategy and will be working directly with our bank leaders to help them on their innovation journey. He will play a leadership role helping develop future innovation programing to support our mission. Justin will guide the identification and strategic positioning of innovative products and solutions that support the evolving needs of community banks. In this role, he will be a key partner in advancing ICBA’s mission by shaping product offerings that strengthen community banks’ competitiveness and operational effectiveness.
Justin brings more than a decade of experience in community banking, where he has led digital strategy, execution, and innovation initiatives aimed at helping a community bank succeed in an evolving digital landscape. His work has focused on driving efficiency, growth, and impactful innovation through the thoughtful use of technology. He also led the Business Analytics and Marketing teams, aligning data, technology, and communication strategies to support organizational objectives. Prior to his banking career, Justin was an entrepreneur who founded several businesses across multiple industries, further shaping his passion for innovation, strategy, and building solutions that deliver lasting value.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ball State University, an MBA from Anderson University, and completed the Graduate School of Banking program at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. His career reflects a longstanding commitment to strengthening community financial institutions through modern technology and operational excellence.
