ICBA and other groups sent a letter to the National Credit Union Association on its proposed rulemaking regarding the implementation of the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins Act. ICBA and the others said there should be close coordination among all of the federal banking regulators as they work on interrelated GENIUS Act proposals.
