Jake Bartlett

Jake Bartlett is vice president, relationship manager Southeast for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). As an ICBA member relationship officer, Bartlett works with members to help them maximize their membership value through ICBA’s products, services and advocacy efforts, further advancing ICBA’s mission of serving the community banking industry. He also works with non-members to showcase how ICBA can help them meet their business objectives.

He brings more than 15 years of experience serving community and regional banks, most recently with nCino and previously with S&P Global, where he partnered with financial institutions to leverage technology, data, and industry insights to achieve their strategic goals.

Bartlett received his bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
