The FDIC extended to Jan. 16 the comment period for its proposed rule on recordkeeping requirements for custodial accounts.
Background: ICBA last month requested a 60-day extension, noting that the timing of the comment period overlapped with other rule comment periods and requests for information while concerning similar subjects.
