Erica Pilon

Erica Pilon is the Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy of Monett, Missouri-based Jack Henry™ (NASDAQ: JKHY), a well-rounded financial technology company that strengthens connections between financial institutions and the people and businesses they serve. In her role, Pilon helps define and set organizational goals, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to help Jack Henry continue to deliver fintech solutions to customers and members, while striving to reach new business. Pilon has more than 20 years of experience within the digital banking and financial technology industry. 

Before joining Jack Henry, Pilon held several leadership roles within digital banking and payments at FIS. In 2019, Pilon served as Chief Product Officer at NCR Digital Banking where she helped establish clear goals for the digital banking team and managed the product strategy and roadmap, which included more than 600 financial institutions. Most recently, Pilon was the Managing Vice President of Product Management for Capital One Financial, where she led the strategy and execution of Enterprise Payments solutions for Capital One’s Retail Bank, Commercial Bank, Auto Finance, and Card businesses. Pilon joined Jack Henry in 2024 as the Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning and Initiatives. 

Pilon holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and a Master of Arts from Eastern Michigan University. She lives in Saint Joseph, Michigan with her family.
