Dean Betz is vice president, relationship manager West Region for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). As an ICBA member relationship officer, Betz works with members to help them maximize their membership value through ICBA’s products, services and advocacy efforts, further advancing ICBA’s mission of serving the community banking industry. He also works with non-members to showcase how ICBA can help them meet their business objectives.
Betz has amassed more than 30 years of sales and sales management experience leading client engagement, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships across the financial services, technology, automotive, and healthcare industries. He most recently served as senior client executive at Fiserv, where he managed banking relationships and cultivated strategic partnerships that drove incremental revenue growth within the Card Services Division.
He has a Bachelor of Arts in communications and public relations from the University of Northern Iowa.
