Community Banks Head to San Diego for ICBA LIVE 2026 Next Month

The Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA) will host ICBA LIVE 2026, the nation’s premier educational and networking event for community bank leaders. The event, set for March 6-9 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, brings thousands of community bank leaders together to discuss policy developments, emerging technologies and strategies shaping the future of local banking. ICBA LIVE features more than 60 educational sessions, including learning labs, roundtables, and programming on the innovation Stage, along with a dynamic Expo showcasing community bank-focused solutions.

EVENT HIGHLIHTS

General Sessions — Expert Perspectives on Banking & Business Trends | March 7-8

  • Travis Mills, retired U.S. Army Staff Sergeant and recalibrated veteran, will deliver a keynote address on resilience, leadership and service.

  • Ryan Leak, author and leadership speaker, will share insights on purpose-driven leadership, professional growth, and building high-performing teams.

  • Jack Hopkins, Alice Frazier, and Rebeca Romero Rainey - ICBA leaders offering updates on the state of community banking and policy priorities.

Education Programming | March 6-8

  • Expert-led sessions spanning seven tracks: workforce development; fraud, cybersecurity and risk; regulation and bank examinations; lending and deposits; growth and marketing; management and strategy; and digital transformation and innovation.

Innovation Programming | March 6-7

  • ICBA ThinkTECH Showcase: Live demos from fintech providers tailored for community banks.

  • Expo Hall: 200+ providers supporting community bank growth, efficiency and customer service.
