ICBA sent comments to the FDIC regarding its proposal to amend rules governing the disclosure of confidential information, including confidential supervisory information. ICBA commended the FDIC for undertaking this modernization of its information disclosure regulations and said supports the proposal, but urged the FDIC to build on it with several key provisions.
