Tavy Washington joins the ICBA Payments department this week as Assistant Vice President, Operations Analyst. Tavy joins us from Sandy Spring Bank, where she served as Card Systems and Fraud Investigations Team Lead, Unit Officer.
In this position Tavy maintained the financial institution's relationship with Mastercard, core debit card and BIN maintenance while ensuring compliance with Regulation E in the processing of all card claims. In her new role, Tavy will oversee the creation and maintenance of all operational policies and procedures for ICBA Bancard.
Tavy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration & Management from Sojourner Douglass College.
