The SECURE Act introduced major changes to IRA rules, adding new complexity to how beneficiary payouts are handled. The IRS has also proposed updated RMD regulations to guide beneficiary options under these changes.

You’ll also gain clarity on critical deadlines for beneficiary determination and the reporting requirements that ensure compliance.
