(July 8, 2019)—ICBA Bancard, the payment services subsidiary of the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA), today announced Heather Sullivan as vice president of client relations. Most recently, Sullivan served as a senior client relations representative for ICBA Bancard’s credit card bank, TCM Bank in Tampa, Fla. In her new role, Sullivan will help ICBA Bancard clients maximize their card portfolio performance.

In her previous role with TCM Bank, Sullivan was responsible for onboarding and maintaining agent-bank relationships, providing client support, and serving as principal trainer for new programs, products and enhancements. She also helped institute TCM Bank's employee recognition program used by its customer service department.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in art from the New College of Florida in Sarasota and is a Visa Business School graduate.
