Nacha provides relief on signature requirements


Nacha said it will not enforce signature and similar authentication requirements for receiving depository financial institutions until further notice.

Nacha said it will not enforce signature and similar authentication requirements for receiving depository financial institutions until further notice. Nacha rules require RDFIs to accept a consumer’s Written Statement of Unauthorized Debit and also require the WSUD to be signed or similarly authenticated.
