ICBA and other groups sent a letter to the FDIC regarding its GENIUS Act Approval Requirements, saying the agency should allow commenters the opportunity to evaluate the proposal in connection with the FDIC’s subsequently issued proposal to implement the capital, liquidity, risk management, and other prudential requirements of the GENIUS Act.
