Jim Mastey is executive vice president, meetings and events for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA) and is responsible for ICBA’s flagship events and other leadership executive meetings.
Mastey provides strategic oversight for all components of the ICBA LIVE national convention, including goal setting, content development, marketing, and sponsorship to deliver exceptional value and advance ICBA’s mission. He also works across departments to facilitate leadership and executive meetings to ensure consistent attendee experiences.
Mastey also manages team members responsible for convention booth sales, ICBA LIVE TV, and mobile app development. Before joining ICBA, Mastey served as Director of Events at Creative Memories.
Mastey has a BA in Communications from Saint John’s University.
