Consumer prices up in July

The Consumer Price Index increased a seasonally adjusted 0.2% in July after increasing 0.3% in June, according to the Labor Department.

CFPB working on new 1033 rule

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau submitted a proposed rule on Section 1033 of the Dodd-Frank Act for review to the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. ICBA expects the proposal to be published for public comment in the near future.

Foundation makes last pitch for donations for Texas flood victims
