ICBA announced the launch of ICBA Community—an online platform that provides professional networking and discussion opportunities exclusively for community bankers.

Details: ICBA Community:

  • Will be actively managed by ICBA.

  • Will allow users to create and comment on posts, conduct polls, search content, and send direct messages to other ICBA members.

  • Is accessible via desktop or mobile device via community.icba.org or the native app.

Impact: ICBA Community is optimized for mobile experience (Apple and Google) and focused on meeting the needs of community banks in three key areas:

  • Driving peer-to-peer discussions related to industry news, best practices, laws and regulations, and relevant insights.

  • Serving as a conduit for peer-to-peer networking and mentorship opportunities.

  • Establishing a system of dialogue channels that allows for the collection of community banker feedback to guide ICBA’s future initiatives.
