Did You Know?

Did you know that all banking related courses have an automatic reminder notice to complete the enrolled course at the 30-, 60-, and 90-day mark? When a learner is enrolled in a course and has not completed it satisfactorily after being enrolled for 30 days, the learner will receive an email from [email protected] reminding them to complete their course. They will receive this email again at the 60- and 90-day mark if they have still not completed it.

Your bank’s training schedule may not require them to complete a course within 90 days of enrollment, but these notifications are a good way to remind the learner that they have a course to complete, and it may encourage them to complete the course sooner rather than later.

This functionality is something that you can turn off for the entire bank if you do not want your employees to get them. To turn these notifications off you must contact Lori Braegelmann at 320-352-7380 or [email protected].
