ICBA urged members of the House Financial Services Committee to vote to advance eight pro-community bank bills ahead of a committee markup.

The May 16 markup will feature bills supporting meaningful regulatory relief, de novo bank formation, credit applicant privacy, workable examination appeals, community development financial institutions, and more.
