Yes. Some activities require separately purchased tickets or registrations.  

The ICBA Bank Director Current Issues Seminar requires a separate registration.  

The ICBA PAC Auction also requires its own tickets. Participation in the ICBA PAC Auction is limited by Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations to eligible ICBA members, associates, and their immediate household family members. See full ICBA PAC eligibility requirements for details. 

Exhibitors must also purchase tickets for the Final Night Celebration, based on availability, and these tickets are only sold on‑site.

Learning Labs are the education sessions offered at ICBA LIVE. They span seven topic tracks and include more than 60 sessions in both 25‑ and 50‑minute formats. 

Attendees can earn Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits by participating in eligible sessions and workshops throughout the event. 

No. Registration for ICBA LIVE Learning Labs is not required. Seating is available on a first come first served basis. Attendees should use the ICBA Events app to plan their schedule.

Yes, to receive CPE credits for ICBA LIVE you must meet the following requirements:  

• Be registered for ICBA LIVE and check-in at the onsite registration desk.  

• Attend Learning Labs in their entirety.  

• Have your name badge scanned by an ICBA employee at the end of each Learning Lab you attend.   

• In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsor, CPE credits have been granted based on a 50-minute hour. Participants must attend a total minimum of 50-minutes (one 50-minute Learning Lab or two 25-minute Learning Labs) to begin earning CPE credit.   

NASBA Statement  

ICBA Education is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its web site: www.NASBARegistry.org.

For the most up-to-date schedule and official times, download the ICBA Events app from the Apple Store or Google Play. The ICBA Events app will be available 7-10 business days prior to the start of ICBA LIVE.  
 
You must be registered for ICBA LIVE to view content and use the mobile app.

Business casual is the standard for most daytime events. Some receptions and evening activities may feature optional, theme-inspired attire. We know your schedule may vary, so feel free to dress for your day and what you feel most comfortable in.  

The ICBA Events app can be downloaded on the Apple Store or Google Play. Instructions for accessing the mobile app will be shared with you approximately 7-10 days prior to ICBA LIVE. Watch your email inbox for additional information. You must be registered for ICBA LIVE to view content and use the mobile app.

Information captured by lead retrieval technology includes name, title, bank name, physical address of bank, phone number of bank and email address—similar to handing them your business card. If you do not wish to share this information, simply decline the request to scan your badge. 

Note: If the individual scanning your badge is an ICBA staff member, they are scanning to provide CPE credit only.
