Once you have purchased your booth, complete the exhibitor checklist to ensure you have everything ready for a successful ICBA LIVE. Don’t have a booth? Reserve one now.

Exhibitor Checklist

October

  • Reserve your booth.

    • Login for icba.org required to access the booth registration.

    • Secure your booth by Jan. 12 for the best pricing.

November

  • Start placing your booth equipment order with GES.

    • Place your order by Tuesday, Feb. 9 for the best pricing.

January

  • Start building your company listing in the exhibitor portal within the ICBA Events Mobile App.

    • Access the exhibitor portal through the login link you’ll receive via email from events@icba.org.

    • Follow the additional instructions to complete your company profile and purchase LeadCapture licenses.

  • Due Jan. 29: Submit your certificate of liability insurance to expo@icba.org.

    • Should you need to purchase insurance for this event, you may do so at exhibitorinsurance.com.

February

  • Due Feb. 9: Complete your remaining GES equipment order.

  • Due Feb. 10*: Register all booth personnel using the provided forms.

    • Complimentary Exhibitor Registration (one included with each 10x10 booth purchases).

      • This fully registered exhibitor may attend all ICBA LIVE attendee programming except for the final night event.

        Note: Do not register your personnel in Cvent. Only use the registration forms provided by ICBA.

        *Registrations received after February 10 will be charged a $50 late fee.

    • Exhibit Hall Passes (three included with each 10x10 booth purchases).

    • Additional Exhibitor Registrations (full registrations and hall passes available for purchase).

  • Due Feb. 10: Complete the prize drawing form (optional).

Two Weeks Out

  • Make final updates to your exhibitor profile in the ICBA Events Mobile App.

  • View the attendee list shared by ICBA.

  • Tell community bankers you’ll be in Las Vegas!

Onsite

  • Purchase tickets to the Closing Desserts & Drinks Reception (subject to availability) at registration.

GES Services Kit

Place orders for booth equipment, ship exhibit freight, and access other exhibitor resources. Electrical and internet orders will be accepted starting in October. Order GES Services by Tuesday, Feb. 9 for best pricing.

New Shipping Requirements:

All Expo shipments must be sent to the GES Advance Shipment Warehouse as direct show site shipments may not be accepted at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Shipments must arrive at the warehouse between Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2027 and Thursday, Feb. 25, 2027. View the GES Services Kit for additional information.
